From A Funeral Director...And Customer!

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

(As a funeral director and one of your customers), I just wanted to share with you again how pleased we are with my son Jeff's "Honor Rock."

When I met (staff from your company) at the Cremation Association of North America's annual convention in Boston, I was impressed with your memorial "stone" products. When I returned to Florida I shared with my co-workers the new products I had learned of at the convention.

Your brochure of literature and photos (which by the way is very professional and beautifully done) stood out as one of the most unique new products, not only for their serene beauty, but because of the portable advantage of the memorials.

Our area is very transient and many people do not want a permanent memorial site. Many families who wish to keep the cremated remains at home, or scatter, often times still want to memorialize their loved one. Also families choosing burial who are not able to, or who would not, visit the cemetery may appreciate this option.

(Your staff) had told me the best way to present the monuments is to display a sample model in the landscaping near the front entrance of the funeral home. Well, I hadn't gotten that far when my husband and I (also a funeral director) were faced with the sudden death of our 24 year-old son the following November.

I needn't explain the emotions we experienced, but I will tell you we knew we didn't want him alone in a cemetery. We opted for cremation and chose to keep Jeff at home.

Knowing we wanted to memorialize him in some way we decided to expend our energy in a positive manner by creating a garden of life in our back yard. We call it our "Jeff Garden." We knew the garden needed a "monument" in Jeff's honor and we knew we didn't want a traditional looking one. We wanted something unique and fitting to Jeff's life. Your products came to mind.

As a family we chose the "Honor Rock." The ordering process was so simple!!! First of all, the detailed photos were very easy to choose from. Our 15 and 13-year-old sons made the selection. We designed the garden around where the rock was to be situated.

We placed the order online, received and approved the text confirmation via e-mail, and in a short four or five weeks the large package was delivered to our door. The blown insulation packing secured the rock in the box for perfect shipping protection. We removed the monument from the box and placed it in the garden.

We sit in our Jeff Garden frequently, and seeing his name on the inlaid bronze plate of the Honor Rock keeps his memory alive. For us it is not memories of sadness, but rather good memories of the great life we had together!

I will offer and highly recommend this product line to the families I serve from true first-hand experience.

Thank you again!

"I Cried When I Saw It..."

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

I just received my husband's memorial, the Old Grove. I cried when I saw it. It is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen for a memorial. I am sure he would love it too. He is buried in the woods on a sand dune just a quarter mile from Lake Michigan. This part of our cemetery is the "natural area".

I had to go before the cemetery board in order to get approval for your product. They felt it would break apart due to the very cold winters here. If it does well, which I'm sure it will, they are going to show it to other families as something possible they could order.

Thank you again for the beautiful stone. I will cherish it forever.

Sincerely,
Rhonda K. Rogers

"You Have A Fantastic Product..."

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

You have a fantastic product and a lot of potential for both home and cemetery placement of your rocks and tree stump monuments. I'm always interested in people doing innovative things in the industry. Let's stay in touch. P.S. Once again, you had the best booth in the house in Orlando (at the International Cemetery and Funeral Association trade show).

"I Was Enthralled With Your Product"

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

I lost my mother about a year ago. She was cremated and a receptacle was purchased for her remains which my father has kept at home. He is now discussing what he wants to be done and he wants to be with her. I saw your ad in The Director (the trade magazine of the National Funeral Director Association) and was enthralled with your product.

As I teach at MidAmerica College of Funeral Service, I thought I was "up-to-date" on the stones, etc., but yours is unique and, for lack of a better emotion, it got my attention. As I live out in the country and my siblings and I have shallow "roots," what better way to honor mom and dad than a memorial in my garden.

"The Stone Is Beautiful (And) Quite Comforting"

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

My husband was cremated. He never wanted his ashes scattered. While he didn't want a cemetery burial, he wanted a sense of permanence. I thought about a memorial bench in a park or at a library, but those options didn't work out. In the end, (your) natural memorial (Honor Rock) was the perfect solution. The stone is beautiful (and) quite comforting.

"(Rascal) Deserved A Special Place After He Passed Away"

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

I chose one of your natural memorial monuments because it is exactly that...natural looking! I wanted to be able to look out into my garden and enjoy the beauty of the dramatic landscaping and Rascal's monument added to the visual
pleasure.

Rascal, our adorable Lhasa Apso, was a member of our family for almost 18 years. He was our cuddly little Ewok with the personality to match. He deserved a special place after he passed away and the rock monument is perfect.

His spirit is always with us and we have this handsome rock monument as a constant reminder of the many years his love and devotion impacted our lives!

"Thank You For Your Prompt Service"

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

My husband farmed our orange grove for 32 years. We were looking for some monument which would give him credit for the beautiful home he created for us. This memorial will grace the farm entrance and we all hope it is to his liking. Thank you for your prompt service.

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

The memorial rock blends perfectly with the landscape around our flagstone patio. My mum's wish was to have her ashes right next to the fountain overlooking the ocean. Thank you so much for a most perfect product!

Dear Rock & Water Creations,

When my brother and I lost our other brother we were so devastated and we needed to look for a headstone, but I didn't and couldn't talk to anyone about it so when I found (the EverlifeMemorials) website and saw the Serenity Tree I loved it. My brother was an outdoorsman so this really fit his personality and it looks wonderful. Thank you so much!

Sincerely,
Kathy Clements
