 Our monuments are crafted from a minimum of one-inch thick, construction-grade reinforced concrete (GFRC) and are hollow and open at the bottom. The rugged, natural beauty of our products is surpassed only by their strength.
Large enough at 60-110 pounds to be considered a true "monument," yet small enough to be relocated elsewhere if necessary (with the exception of our specialty monuments which weigh upwards of 800 pounds), each model is manufactured to withstand 9,000psi (pounds per sq. inch) of pressure to ensure a lasting memorial for future generations.
All our personal and memorial monuments are professionally hand-colored by a team of artisans to resemble a sandstone or gray-brown finish (slight color variations are to be expected) and feature a handsome 2.5-lb. bronze plaque (sized 3 1/2" x 7 1/4"). Included in the wholesale price is your customers' choice of up to six lines of text on the plaque which is pre-installed on the monument before being shipped by us.
The "Memorial Monuments"--designed to meet the growing trend towards cremation in the United States and internationally--are manufactured with a moisture-proof, 240 cubic-inch internal urn that is easily accessed and hand-tightened from underneath to add the cremated remains, or "cremains," satchel in the privacy of one's home (simple instructions are included with each monument shipped). |
Our slightly lower-priced Personal Monuments™ (without an internal cremains urn) can fittingly memorialize at home someone who has had a traditional funeral and is buried at a cemetery too distant to visit frequently. These monuments are also popular with surviving family or friends whose loved ones have been cremated, but whose ashes have been scattered on land or at sea, leaving them with no vestige of the individual or "place to be with them."
In addition, depending on a chosen cemetery's policies regarding above-ground memorials, a Personal Monument™ can be an attractive and more natural alternative to a headstone or marker.

 Displaying one or more samples in your showroom and/or outdoors in your landscaping is the perfect way to effectively present our monuments to your customers so they can easily see the detail, size and color of the products. Funeral directors have told us they like the idea of having a reason to step outdoors with family members for a "breath of fresh air" and chance to view our monuments firsthand in a natural setting.
Each wholesale account is eligible to receive a maximum of one set of samples per location at a special 40% discount off our wholesale price list for exhibition purposes only. All samples feature an internal 240 cubic-inch urn for cremated remains and-if you plan on displaying the sample(s) outdoors on your landscaped grounds-an anti-theft anchor chain with instructions for easy, worry-free installation.
With your initial sample order, we will also include an attractive tabletop Presentation Book (9"x 6")--featuring photos of individual monuments in various outdoor settings--for each of your locations that displays a monument sample (indicate quantity on the samples order form).

After your client has chosen a monument, you can submit the order by 1). Using our online order form or by 2). Printing the PDF order form below and faxing or mailing it to us along with a separate sheet of paper with typed or clearly printed instructions regarding the final text your customer would like to see on their plaque (included with each personal or memorial monument).
IMPORTANT: Remember to print, complete and fax in a Credit Application form if you want to request "Net 30"-day payment terms for all your orders!
If ordering online, type in the text your customer would like to see on their plaque in the field provided. Please tell your customers to allow 4-5 weeks for production and pre-installation of the bronze plaque and delivery of their personal or memorial monument.

We use a professional foam-in-place packaging system and double-wall corrugated box to ensure our monuments arrive safely at their final destination. Orders for addresses in North America are shipped via FedEx Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service from our Fillmore, Calif., offices--located between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. Shipping charges are not included in any of our prices.

Once we have received and approved your credit application, you may order our products with "Net 30"-day terms--from the date we receive your order--by company or cashier's check, money order or credit card. A $29 late payment fee will be charged to accounts with unpaid balances over 30 days. Prices subject to change without notice.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the lifetime of our monuments if our craftsmanship is found to be defective in any way (with the exception of naturally-occurring adjustments in color). Customers who contact us directly with a valid defective craftsmanship claim will receive an immediate replacement with an identical product once the monument is returned to us.
Scratches Solved With Touch-Up Kit
A "touch-up color kit" and instructions is included with each monument should you or your customer receive it with any minor scratches.

Every monument shipped includes instructions which explain what a customer should do in the unlikely event that he or she receives a damaged item. To avoid involving your staff, we require that customers contact us directly by phone toll-free at (866) 466-ROCK (within North America), or (805) 524-5600 (from outside North America) or by e-mail at info@Rock-n-Water.com within two days of receiving the damaged product for directions on how to receive an immediate replacement with an identical product.
