Most importantly, we reserve the right to determine the style, size and layout of the text our customers provide according to the plaque space available to ensure the most professional appearance.

Product Guarantee--We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the lifetime of our personal, memorial and specialty monuments if our craftsmanship is found to be defective in any way (with the exception of naturally-occurring adjustments in color). Customers who contact us with a defective claim will receive an immediate replacement with an identical product once the monument is returned to us and a determination is made that the craftsmanship is indeed defective.

Material Guarantee--Rock & Water Creations, Inc., guarantees its (GFRC) reinforced concrete boulders and rock cliff panel material for a period of one year (1 year) from the original date of installation as long as the material has been handled, installed and maintained in the appropriate manner. This guarantee does not cover--and specifically excludes--workmanship, repairs or any materials provided by other contractors involved with the initial installation of our (GFRC) boulders and rock cliff panels.
